Is that U shaped aluminum collar at the base of the shift boot available anywhere?

I think Canrewell (SP ) has them or you can get one on Ebay if you watch.

I think they come attached to the boot (my collar & boot had to be replaced simultaneously because the "aluminum-look" paint became disfigured). My new one came from the dealer.

It comes attached to the upgraded shift ****. They are about 250 on ebay.

not to be immature, but i laughed when i saw that last pic... it reminds me of something else..... oh nevermind (all i can say is i hope i don't end up in surgery with my... in a similar situation... remember guys, it's happend before, it can happen to you.. watch who you sleep with )

That belongs to a local 996 supercharged owner named Ken who came to one of our work on cars days for a short shift install. We reattached the horseshoe when we put the car back together, so I doubt if Ken wants to get rid of it.
