My New Shift Part!
Just got done installing my new Agency Power shift linkage to go with my B&M short throw. Shifting is so much tighter and responsive. Each gear just clicks it tight and no sloppy play. Check it out!

You can see why they are replaced! The factory one over time is all cracked, beat up, and has alot of play for front to back shifting. No need to replace the one on the left that moves side to side as most force is applied banging up and down through the gears...
