How does the silver carrera script fasten; and how did you get the old black carrera script off your car? Is it adheasive-backed letters?

Hey Mark,

Yeah, the silver Carrera emblem has a soft/rubbery self adhesive backing.

I used a string of dental floss (Oral B, waxed, mint flavored ) and slipped it behind the (existing) black emblem and gently scraped it off using a back-and-forth motion -- really like flossing your teeth. Then I used "Goo Gone" to remove the excess adhesive and then some Zainio Z2 to polish the rear deck before applying the new emblem.
