Default Dealer markup on wheels, tequipment?
Hello. I was wondering what dealer cost might be on tequipment for the 996, specifically wheels? 50% of retail? Less? More? Any thoughts are appreciated.

Call Sunset in Oregon. They sell at dealer cost +15% service charge.

I recently bought a tequipment item, dealer price 349$, sunset price 219$. I think they mark up as much as the market will allow.

From my experience with the local dealer there is no question you are correct!!!! The result is I order most everything from Sunset.

Dealer cost is usually a minimum of 40% of retail.

Why not support the Rennlist Sponsors? They are paying to keep this site up. Many of them sell Porsche Tequipment parts as well as aftermarket items.

Because the site sponsors aren't always the best deal. I have used many of them but sometimes you have to use a non-sponsor to get the best deal.
