Default Wide body style

I am trying to find back end photo comparison on the 911 996 models. Are the wide body styles only available on the C4S models or are they also available on the Coupe S models.

Cheers and safe driving.

To further clarify this:

C4 = Narrow body
C4S = Wide Body
C2 = Narrow Body
Turbo = Wide Body

This should help...

The wide is a C4S, the narrow is the C2 in 40th Anniversary wrap....

Cheers.

Here is an overlay of a turbo (widebody) over a C2 (nattowbody)

Not that much difference when viewed from above.

Great.....thanks for the response.

Now......... which brings me to the reason for asking. Is the wide body on the C4S and turbo strictly for aesthetical reasons or does it need a wider frame to accomodate the engine schematics. I can see that being true on the turbo but why the C4S?

Cheers

The C4S widebody is purely for marketing reasons.

Orient, that was a cool overlay...
But it looks like the narrower car has openings a la Turbo after the door?
That cannot be true!

Yeah, its wide, but not distinctively wide like the 930 flares! Hopefully this is corrected at least somewhat with the 997 widebody.

There is a little more to a C4s than just wide body. Turbo brakes, sport suspension, larger wheel and tires all come to mind.
Granted, I still think it needs a little more power!

No that is the turbo car. The parallax is not exactly right on the 2 images, (the C2 is not exactly straight with the Turbo) but you can see that from the B pillar forward, the car is the same, but to the rear it is wider.
