99 Cab 24 hour clock display

Can the clock display time in 24 hour format in a 99? And if so, how do I change it from 12 hour format?

I believe that it is either a 12 setting for the US or a 24 hour seeting for other countries (Canada for sure). H/e, you may be able to get a custom setting from someone with a computer hookup.
