the primary policy on the vehicle would respond and your insurance company will pay you. they will collect from the dealer thru subrogation if the delearship was negligent and caused your loss or damage. if there is no negligence by the dealer or service shop your policy pays period

 

looks like the thieves were after the GT3 bodykit he spoke of, theres no sign of it,

seems like they then got scared, and torched the car to cover up any evidence.

 

The body kit melted and the thieves did not even bother removing the 18" SportDesign wheels. From the garage they stole a bentley Continental GT which is still missing. Therefore i persume that since they could not sell the 911 they burned it. Where as the GT (which was unregistered) has not been found and i think that it was easier for them to sell it.

 

what really aggrevates me the most is why should the vehicle's owner - who delivered his prized posession in good faith to the factory-designated and approved Official Porsche Centre- pay or suffer for someone else's negligence, irresponsibility and sub-standard levels of customer care and hugely unprofessional behaviour.
I pesonally believe that such matters with problematic OPC's should ultimately be resolved at senior management level - outside Cyprus.

Whoa......... Don't get personally involved. His insurance company will make the OPC insurance company pay. The car owners insurance company doesn't want to pay either.

Unless the owner wasn't insured. Most or all states in the US require owners have insurance, in Cypress ????
