Default Good News, Bad News, Good News

Good News, I picked up my new C4S today from the super guys at Pfaff, awesome.

Bad News, like an idiot, I drove past a very well known (to me) speed trap not 4 hours after getting the car, well in excess of the posted limit ( late night, absolutely no traffic).

Good News, the cop was very friendly and in good humour after I told him I had *just* picked up the car a few hours ago...as I have no prior speeding tickets on my record..I got a $29.70 fine, no points and lots of laughs as I drove home...slowly.

Love the car and love the hard working cops in my division!!!

P.s. The *** end of this car is the nicest on anything I have ever driven.

Perfect car. It matches the appearance of my next door neighbor's new 2004 4S. I got my 1999 in March and he couldn't stand it so he bought his first Porsche in August. He gets tired of his toys from non use so I hope to pick it up used in a couple of years.

Sounds familiar. Two weeks after I got my ‘99 in June, my co-worker bought a 2003 Z06. I have been giving him a hard time because he has no passion for his car (unlike everyone in this forum).

BTW: Sweet ride carbon!!! Congrats.

Is $29.70 (and is that CDN $ ?) the going rate for a speeding ticket in Toronto?
Makes it almost worth it! Particularly if there is no hit to points, insurance.

carbon-00,
Did you trade-in your targa for the C4S?

I may be slightly biased but I think the C4S is the coolest looking car in the line up.

Enjoy!

That car would look amazing in my heated garage next to my C2. The color even matches the paint in my garage.

Beautiful car. Enjoy

Cheers and safe driving.

There are no points, correct, its Cdn (almost par with USD...hahaha), but collect a few of these and your insurance company will love/hate you...its the lowest fine they could give me (9kph over the limit)
