Tennis courts in back, 4 car garage...

Hey, I see that you are in mission hills. I just moved there in march.

I dont have a porsche yet, but have been pondering getting a 997. I always drive by a red 996 on titus. Is that you? i know there are a TON of porsches in mission hills.

Obviously fantastic Garage. Just curious...are the ceiling lights regular spots or halogen ? ..and what's the flooring where you park ? Can't see it that well in the picture. Congrats again.

Hi guys,

Mbergeron: ceiling lights are actually compact flourescent 30W bulbs -- equiv of 120W of light, 30W of power usage. With 36 bulbs there is plenty of light in the garage. If I want more I can always switch all or some to halogens or floods. The flooring is all Kiwi Tile (www.kiwitile.com).

Cost of the project was around $110,000.

Nice, big and pretty.... Where are the tools? 15k for a video game.... hell I want to see a plasma torch, tig welder and a project car being worked on. Also you need some girl posters and maybe a Harley. Hell buy a turbo and hang it on the wall. I would hate to see this garage only be used twice a year to change oil.
