I've been trying to get it to work with remote control, but nobody could do it.
One touch up/down IS possible, I have it on my car. My unit was very easy to install (took me all of 5 minutes) It's made by Bahntech
This is their website:
http://www.bahntech.com/products/Aut...rtible_top.asp
But you also might find them on Ebay sometimes.

I think there was a prior thread on the 996 TT board regarding remote cab top operation. Apparently European TTs have three buttons on the key fob, one of which is used to operate the top remotely.

If I remember correctly it was a real PIA because you had to stand next to the car looking like a dork while you held down the button with the key pointed at the car until the top was entirely finished moving up/down.

Like C4C Leon I opted for the Bahntech one-touch.

Rexracer, the best would be a combination of the Euro remote with Bahntech. That way, no more dorkiness!!!

Euro cab keys have two buttons. One for key operation and the other for remote cab top.
From what I have learned here on rennlist this option isn't available for PNA supplied car.
