Thanks Scouser
believe it or not I have never had an accident in my life car or bike (except if being rear endend slightly by a drunk driver while I was stopped in a traffic-jam once counts) and I have been driving them both in the streets since 11-12 years of age (hidden of course, and since 14 yoa legally )... now the track is another matter, don't they say the track is safer than the street?

Strictly as a movie director!!
Charlie hit the west coast of Florida and I live on the east coast, so other than some bad weather on Friday, we didn't get much. Although Thursday night was pretty rough. Thanks for asking.

Great Video !
Thanks Carlos - very inspiring !!
I like your choice of music too !
On a serious note do none of you have any concerns about broadcasting this sort of information or the 'fastest speed of the day'.
I read a story (I think it was in Autocar) of a biker stopped by the old bill in Wales for a routine check. They were about to send him on his way when they noticied a video camera strapped to the tank of the bike. - They confiscated this and it showed him doing 165MPH earlier that day (a bit like Carlos !!). - Apparently he was nicked and got four years in jail.
A terrible story to read. One that made me worry about recording or uploading any form of evidence of my Friday fun runs. Am I just being paranoid ??

Thanks Adrian!
About the safety concern, its a good point that you need to take into consideration before hand. Just don't show any license plates, any faces, or say were its done specifically or any info like that, and you are pretty much safe since the vehicle can't be identified specifically (besides model and color), nor the driver beyond your own word (which you can retract from anytime), nor the place of the infraction in some places (who is to say the 294km/h wasn't shot in the autobahn for example) so...
Did you see the video of the president of Japan's Ferrari club that videotaped himself doing above 300km/h of the highway on a F40? he was showing his face and the speedo on the same sequence and shot, then the video got so popular the police got a hand on the video from the net and on an F40 he wasn't hard to find so he ended up with a jail sentence.
