Default Driving Shoes

Just want opinions on what people prefer for driving shoes for track days. I am only looking at shoes that offer the low-cut style. Thanks.

Piloti has a nice selection.

I have no personal experience but these replicas from Puma look promising:

I just ordered these in mid length:

Can't wait to get them!!!
I used to have Piloti's rally shoes, they were ok for walking, but kind of thick at the toe, and caused me to press on both the brake and gas pedals at the same time in tight cars (like Skip Barber's RT2000) but they were ok in the Porsche and looked like "normal" tennis shoes.

Found these at speedgear.com. So what if he doesn't drive a Porsche!

Yeah I have seen a few of these before, however, my issue is that I want something that I can walk around and be comfortable and have some what of a decent look.

I just bought a pair of Piloti Mulhollands yesterday.
Gonna drive them for the first time on a group drive into the N. GA mountains tomorrow morning.
They are low cut, and seem to be durable enough for casual wear.

sure those are all very nice shoes, but you will look very silly indeed if you are out of a 10 meter radius from your car.

I have a 3 pairs of Onitsuka Tiger Tai Chi's (very rare shoe) as worn in Kill Bill 1/2

very comfortable and flexible.

Moogle, Do you have the yellow and black ones? You're a lucky dog if you do! I want a pair, but they are hard to find, especially for a decent price.

They are rare?

Anyway, I wear Simpsons for the track:

Low tops.

frayed, The yellow and black Tai Chi's are the rare ones. From what I've gathered, they were produced in limited quantity and came with some sort of Kill Bill memorabilia. The starting bid for a pair of these is on ebay right now is $350!! I'm gonna buy a couple pair of the other color combos and pocket the rest. By the way, sagesport and classicsportshoes are one of the same.

Oakley is coming out with driving shoes soon. I'll hopefully have mine shortly.

Not to beat this thing to death, but if any of you out there want to start bidding on these shoes, the item number is 3832017522. I have no affiliation whatsoever and I hope I'm not breaking any rules here, so sorry in advance. I do have faith that everyone realizes that Uma Thurman will not be personally delivering these to either the passenger or driver's side of your Porsche...
