Default 996.2 EVAP Help Needed!

Hello!
I have a porsche 2003 996 C2 that I purchased back in May that came with an EVAP leak code P0455 that keeps coming back
So far I have replaced the gas cap, fuel tank breather valve, tried smoke testing it and so far unsucessful.
I have a charcol box ready to go in, but when I smoke tested it I saw no smoke coming from the canister/vent lines under the passenger front wheel well. When I smoke tested i noticed smoke coming from the vent on the right of the gas cap and it filled the gas tank.(took the gas cap off when done)
Today I dissconnected the purge valve line above the alternator that goes to the canister and hooked up a vacum pump to it, heard someting sucking air near the driver side rear wheel well? could this be my problem?
I do not have imediate access to jack my car up because I have a stone drive way.
Is there any diagrams? I am aware that the EVAP systems are slightly different .1 vs .2.
I am trying to sort this so i can finally get the car inspected lol.

I have replaced the Regeneration Valve, Fuel Tank Vent Valve under the filler neck, and the fuel tank pressure sensor, with no luck
Smoking testing, with the battery in the car I have smoke coming out of the vent next to the gas cap. (Is this normal???)
I also noticed smoke coming out of the engine bay and traced it down to the vent line that dumps by the transmission.
Any help is much appreciated. I bought this car back in April and I'm trying to get it inspected.

The fuel system should be sealed so the smoke leaks r not normal. Pull the finder liner and investigate.

Update! With the car off(key off), I have 12V at the 996.605.213.01 Fuel Tank Vapor Control Valve (11 on the char below). I also pushed the switch next to the filler neck on the Fuel tank bleeder valve, and it did not change the output on the Fuel Tank Vapor Control Valve
I assume this is not right. Does this mean I have a short at the reed valve, or is it installed improperly?
