After spending a whole afternoon sanding and polishing these lenses, they now look excellent when they are turned off.
But as soon as the light turns on, the whole lens glows in an unfortunate shade of yellow.
Is this a common thing? And is there a way to fix it, short of replacing the whole headlight assembly? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

 

Just think of it as race prepped with the yellow GT class headlights.
