Toe and camber setting on 996
I've been running a 2000 996 on the track for some time now. I think its pretty dialed in, It will turn 2:11's on the full coarse at VIR, but I wearing out the front tires way to fast. I've got 2 deg of neg camber at all for corners, and can't remember what the toe is set at, but I think its +2 (4) for the right and left front.
The toe in, at the rear of the car is perfect. I'm just concerned on what would be the best set up for the front. Many thanks Matt S.

Are you getting excess outside edge wear, and what tires are you running?
Did you say 2.11s? Holy crap, thats fast!!! on the 3.27 mile course, right? Congrats! No wonder you are driving the rubber off the tires.

Matt,
Have you taken tire temps? It's pretty hard to say much about your setup without some data. As you know, tires, suspension, the track, driving style, etc. all have a huge impact on your optimal setup.
BTW, I'm heading for VIR for the club race in a couple months. I'm really looking forward to it.
