RMS has been replaced in my car BUT...
do I need to worry about it going bad a second time? The original owner said it was done early on (don't recall the mileage) and I have 50k miles on the car now.
Has anyone had to have their RMS fixed more than once? My car's warranty runs out in a year.

BTW... I've put almost 20k miles on the car since I've owned it.

In the UK, they "may" offer you some help theough the good-will scheme if your car "has not been tracked" and it has a full service history "through the UK dealership network". But then again they may not.....
I have yet to hear of any engines being replaced for out of warranty cars with RMS problems. They just keep wacking in RMS after RMS after RMS....until they find an excuse why they shouldn't replace it.
