Guys, not sure if this is a good place to ask this but here’s what is happening. I ran Durametric to do some basic error code checks and corrections about a year
ago, and it worked well for that.I am now wanting to check some actual values, but I get blank black boxes. Also when I first open the program, I get a message
saying that the data cable firmware needs to be updated, and it appears to do that, program starts, but no actual values show. Tried a couple of different usb cables,
and the green light on the old interface is on steady.
Any ideas here would be appreciated!!

Contact Durametric. My unit went bad not long after I got it. They gave me a checklist to test it out and ended up replacing it.

Thanks…. I read earlier reports about lack of support from them, so thought I’d throw this out here first……
I’ll give them a shout…
