After a very very spirited drive yesterday I drove into work this morning and the brake pad warning light came on?

This was strange since I had new discs, pads and fluid a month ago.

Then when I went for a drive at lunch it wasnt on

Can anyone explain this or has anyone experienced this

I have seen reports about this from Boxster and 996 owners. The light goes on for no reason, then later goes off. No clue.

Nick, I had this problem. Turned out to be a brake sensor but the good news is it wasn't faulty. I just unpluged them one at a time, cleaned the connectors with switch cleaner and then replaced them. Never had the problem since......I don't even know which sensor was the cause
