Hi all

I had the car up on a lift over the weekend and noticed the shift linkages on the side of the transmission were pretty much cover in oily residue. Seems like oil has been seeping out of somewhere in that area over time.
Is there a common issue here and is it a simple fix? Car is a 2000 c2 3.4 manual.

Side note, do the cable ends look okay to you guys?
