Looks like solenoid leak possibly? Easy enough to fix if it is.
Don't let an oil leak put you off, just be sure what it is first. Take a better picture above it.

The option sticker in his other thread showed tip, and he said this is same car but manual. Just confused.

Relevant cause he wants to know how big a deal the leak is, if AOS then tip v MT def makes a difference.

That is the chain tensioner. If that's leaking, then you would have to replace the aluminium crush washer.
But was there no oil higher up? That's where the AOS sits and it is a more likely source of oil weeping/leaks than that crush washer.

Apologies. Patunia's comment tripped me up, I assumed it was same car as other thread. Hope the PPI goes well.

In reddit I have one user that is mentioning that the stock anti-aging coating from factory can look like an oil leak if the car still has relatively low miles. In this case the car have 44000 miles. Can it be a correct assumption?

My car had 36k when I bought it and ~43k currently. I do my own wrenching and never once did I mistake Cosmoline residue (or whatever it is) for an oil leak. Same with the BMWs.

Final feedback from PPI. There is a small leak in the top of the engine which is causing the oil to drop from that zone.
