Kenwood 7015 Install pics....
Here are a few pics of my install of the Kenwood 7015 in my 99 C4 Cab.....It was not too difficult, with the exception of the bottom of the unit where there is a 1/4" gap because the Porsche is slightly larger than the 2 DIN kenwood deck. I used basic plastic PVC...but I am looking for a more "factory" looking alternate. Next the Navigation, then the speakers and amp.....

I'm in California right now and my uncle want's to install that exact unit. I'm looking for a place that sells it. I called around and nobody seems to have ever heard of it?! . Which DVD unit goes with that screen? I was looking at the Kenwood DV3100, will that work with the 7015?

Yes the 3100 Nav unit will work with the 7015. Well I found it at a few places and they all matched each others prices, in fact the place I git it from has it on display, connected to th eNav unit, which is what sold me. The place is Autobacs in Stanton, Ca....Near Huntington Beach. Ask for Joe...very helpful. Then Hendersons in Costa Mesa also had it in stock, but they were a little wierd for my taste. No demo, no display and all sales are final....Not my type of retailer.

hey jumper.... that looks good.... more details? where did you get that installed and what type of unit is it? how much did it cost? Specifically what type of plate bracket is that? looks very stock-ish.... and seems to match the interior... would love to get one of those myself... or was it custom fabricated?
i live in toronto as well and those types of deets would be very helpful as i'm looking at doing something similar myself....

It's a Kenwood DNX6140. I have an 2002 so its not fibre optic connection, so I was able use the factory bose amp.
The audio shop made the custom face plate. They do this all the time.
