Frunk is stuck, thinking a backpack strap may have gotten wedged in the frunk latch when it closed.

Found the manual cable, it will NOT release the lid. No amount of pushing down to relieve pressure while actuating the mechanism is working, nor is trying to pry it up.

any suggestions???
