Justin, sent you a text. Try the u-Haul place in Danielson. I have not used them yet (I always went to Cargill), but I dropped a trailer off and they said they do emissions testing.

Middletown Toyota finally solved my emissions problem (with the state guy on site). Tried Cromwell auto in between but they had the same connection problem there.
