SUPER Clearance on Traffic Pro Nav

The reverse sensor is not required; I'm not certain if it must be grounded. You MUST have a lead from the electronic speed signal. I am not sure if Porsche has already put a lead in the radio harness as some cars already have - if not, you probably have to grab it from the instrument cluster.
This is where it gets too technical for me!! I'm gonna get some help from my audio shop.
BTW, I'm installing in my old benz not my P-car so my experience may be different from yours.

I just purchased the Traffic Pro from Crutchfield and started looking at my stock harness tonite. I have a CDR220 with DSP and when I take out the stock radio, the harness is missing the wires for the GAL and the Reverse wire.
Am I supposed to take out those two wires from the harness they provide and put them into the stock harness that is already attached? How do you get the individual wires out of the harness?
Then it sounds like I need to hooked up the GAL and the Reverse wires and then I'm ready to try it out?
Thanks in advance,
Will
