You may want to get legal advise from a non-friend attorney, just to make sure your not wasting time and money. A lawyer-friend may be on your side no matter how much of a chance you have..

Not sure about NH lemon law, but typically lemon laws are not that cut and dry. You may have to sit in front of arbitration to sort this out with Porsche..

The definition of a "goodwill benefit" is as follows... If your car has a failure and is not covered by warrantee and porsche pays for the repair then you have received a good will benefit. If your car has a failure under warrantee an Porsche fixes it you have receive a "non goodwill benefit". This benefit is called WARANENTEE REPAIR and is contractually owed to you by law.
