I have the above mentionned stock setup in 2000 C2. Sound is not that good and bass does not really come through on the highway (neither in the city..)

Is the CDR22 a good car stereo? Are the factory speakers mounted just "not good enough"? I would like to get better sound.

PS: the 490 option is extra speakers and amplifier.
