Is the spring under sufficient pre-load even when the front wheel is in full rebound? If not, then that could be the source of the noise.
In my experience worn ball joints or rubber bushes do not cause 'springy' sounds.
Do you have pictures you could post of what the front coil-overs look like currently after the choices you've made? That would help in a major way, I expect.

Does it make the springy sound when turning the steering wheel? If so it's probably the top mounts are binding.

I adjusted the preload. The JIC Coilovers do not have a detent for the coil and helper springs, so I ensured that their bearing surfaces were cleaned and have a dry film lubricant to assist in rotational movement. As of now it appears to have fixed the issue. In response to theprf, the sound was not necessarily when turning, but also when the wheel was unloaded.
