The 1st of many:
Is there a trick to get the connectors pictured off, the book says “squeeze to disconnect” well the bitch bolt was easier, after trying for half an hour I’ve given up !

 

Here is a picture of the tool. You don't have to use one but this gives you an idea of how to release it.
Push in squeeze then pull off.

2nd Question:
What is the best way to reinstall the intake plenums without destroying everything in the vicinity.

 

Getting them off is the easy part. Getting the new to engage, now there is an exhaustive list of expletives.

Not sure what you mean about installing plenums?

 

I started just the back bolt for the driver intake a few threads, but didn’t tighten. Next I installed the rear plenum in the passenger side intake with the driver side intake angled outward. I then rotated the driver intake into place and started all the bolts, but didn’t tighten. Then I just forced the front plenum on before tightening the intake. Make sure to push the rubber rings on plenum as far as you can, then center them before tightening the clamps.
