Default Picture Request - Tequipment 4 Tube Exhaust Tips on a 996.2 NB

I have Porsche OEM Tequipment 4 tube exhaust tips that I am planning on fitting to my 996.2 NB C2 Targa. Aside from Fister mufflers that the PO added, my exhaust is stock. I was looking at the length of the exhaust pipe on the 4 tube's and after sticking my head under the car, it has me wondering if the pipe to the 4 tubes is longer than the pipe affixed to the stock tips. I was thinking it should be a straight swap...am I mistaken? The part #'s are 996-111-98-102 and 996-111-98-202.

In any case, if anyone has a NB 996.2 with the optional Tequipment 4 tube tips, I'd appreciate knowing how far they protrude out from the bumper, and a few pictures would be a nice bonus. Thanks.

You can definitely see difference in the straight on vs angled top down pic. Just noticed the Targa in front which gives me a comparison to how my car is sitting right now. I think both look good in their own way....just a different vibe. Did you do the install of the 4 tube? Thanks for pics!

I get you and the previous owner did. I like the more flush look but also don’t want to remove such an expensive set of Teq parts when I’m eventually doing a center exit exhaust. Locally I was surprised how many people noticed and haven’t seen another one in that configuration.
