If you are replacing your amp - then your new amp should have an aux out-puts (used for another amp to drive the sub). If you are using the stock 6x40 amp, then I guess you could use a Y-cable which will give you another set of RCAs for a Sub amp (never used Y cables so don;t know how well this works).
Or you can use a electronic Xover (audio control is prominent). This would go between your HU and AMP(s). Most models take 4 channels in and 4 channel out + sub (another AMP or to your sub input if you have a 5+ channel amp). This device also provides x-over functions and can help with your set up. These are used in higher end systems and are not just plug and play (though I am sure there are devices that are).

Wow, that was fast! Thanks. You are right, I checked my amp(Alpine V12). It had all I needed. I'm going back to the Factory Becker radio. I've never had a radio that didn't have just two sets of RCA's.
By the way, this stock Becker sounds good. I can actually enjoy the local FM stations. Aftermarket radios have lousy reception. But this stock becker pulls all the stations in crystal clear.

I had an Eclipse 7002. I never even had the stock Becker in the car. I've always liked the stock look better, so I picked up a stock radio on Ebay. I was really worried that I going to take a hit on sound quality. After I installed it, I was so surprised. All the FM radio stations sound at least 70% better than before. After that, I went online line to see what I could find on the Becker units. There basically is nothing in the US. But if you check the sound system forums in Europe, they love Beckers. I specifically remember reading one post where it compared very well against the Nakamichi CD-400...
