Question Throwing codes P1575 Gas Pedal/24 Wheel Sensor

Howdy,
I had been chasing down a vacuum leak on the 2003 Targa and changed out the regen valve on the motor. After changing it out, it ran like absolute poop - low idle even during warmup and driving it went into limp mode not able to get over 2,000 RPM.
I did some smoke tests and found nothing, so I scheduled a dealer appointment.
Of course the day I drove it over there it ran perfect! Would the computer need to relearn after changing the regen valve?

Anyway, they found no leaks either (guess I fixed it) but they did pull some codes:
Control Unit: DME
P1575 Gas pedal encoder movement (inactive) (signal implausible)
P0121 Drosselklappe (signal implausible)
50502: fault memory not documented (signal implausible)

Control Unit: Tiptronic
Fault code 24 CAN: front right wheel rpm from PSM implausible

From my reading, if it's throwing these codes together it's not necessarily those sensors going, but rather MAF issues. Does that sound correct?
I'd hate to $300 myself to death to find it out it's just one thing causing it.
Thanks!

U need a scanner that can graph the inputs. U can store the results and review after a test drive. Clear the codes and compare the 2 front wheel sensors an the throttle position. If the codes trip again review the data to see if the signal drops out. If not it can be the maf causing the issues.
