Default Arctic Silver paint code

I presume that to match the colour of aluminium interior pieces like the glove box handle we use Arctic Silver to spray them?

If thats correct could someone give me the paint code for Arctic Silver please.

No, the aluminum trim is different from the silver painted trim. The silver is actually the same as Arctic which is L92T.

Hi viken,

So the little decals on the door bins, for example are silver painted?

Matt, I do not know what decals you are referring to. Can you be a bit more specific or even post a picture?

Viken, I'm on about the little bits on the dorr compartment that opens. Or even the inside door handle - thats silver colour.

Oh, those pieces are not Arctic silver. At least not as described in the parts database. They are all labeled as *silver lacquered* with a V01 code for up to '02, and V03 for '03-on.

Eric, could I spray paint a piece myself? Can I get a can of Arctic Silver from a Porsche dealer, spray it then lacquer it? What lacquer do you recommend?

Thanks. That's good to know, Eric. However, the standard silver pieces on my GT3 doors are nothing like Arctic. They are really bright silver with no hint of brown or even warm grey. I'll see if I can snap a picture to post.
