Default SAI Delete Vacuum Lines?

Hi,
I have been doing my research across the forums and I have decided to delete my SAI since its a tack car and I don't need to pass emissions. I already have purchased the block off plates and gaskets. My questions is which vacuum lines need to be re routed?

I'm using this picture posted by another member.
what I did is eliminated part#1 and everything connected to it, and used part#2 to connect line #3 to the vacuum canister.
everything else stays.

You should post a parts list once complete and do a thread write up on it so others can do it

Hey would you happen to have a photo of how you mounted everything? I am sourcing a bracket to keep the canister in the stock location will Just bolt on top of block off plate. Did you pretty much just delete the change over intake for SAI and keep everything else hookup up?
Thanks
