Default Window Switches Inoperable

Hi all - I've got a very mysterious electrical issue with my 2003 cab window switches. All 4 of them have stopped working. The strange part is that the windows operate normally when I put the top up and down - ie they open and close when the top is moving. The windows also react to a door opening and closing. But the window switches do nothing. Checked the fuses and none are tripped. Pulled the switch module and all looks normal. I have 996 electrical schematics which show the switches connect to the alarm module which could potentially disable them. My Durametric diagnostic tool shows no faults in any of the systems. Any thoughts before I head to the dealer?

Just thinking how to diagnose,, If NONE of them work it sounds like a common wire that goes to all of them has lost connection. (Bad Ground?)
