I received this for Christmas and wanted to know has anyone had success with this tool for diagnostics and airbag light resetting. I changed out seats and put my original back in, so I have the dash Light on that I want to turn off. I also get the psm airbag light sometimes and was trying to figure that out as well.

Is this worth keeping? And I won’t be buying a durametric so save the post about that.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks fellas.

I have read that the ICarSoft does work with 996s EXCEPT for the airbag reset light. I was in the same boat because several friends have ICarSofts for their 997s and Caymans. From what I've seen the most affordable tool that will reset the 996/986 airbag light is the Foxwell NT 520 or 530.
