Default New C4S

Just took delivery of my '04 C4S this week. My favorite features are the aluminum dials, deviated seat insert, short-shifter, Fabspeed headers and exhaust. I keep finding excuses to go out and drive. Mostly I keep the windows down so that I can hear the music. All the young kids in the neighborhood run after the call and yell, "hey, it's a PORSCHE!"

How did I ever live without one of these for so long? I guess my two BMW's are going to collect some dust.

Also, as a bonus, my wife completely approves and encouraged me to order this car. It's also the first car that she doesn't have to "hold on" while I corner aggressively.

Yeah, sorry to be repetitive, but I love the seats also. I had talked about ordering my TT with deviating seat inserts and had a dealer talk me out of it in favor of the sport seats. I think I like yours better. Thanks for sharing the photo of your seats.

Doug, why not get sport seats with deviating inserts?

Mainly because the dealer said he saw one set up like I was proposing and said it didn't look right. This all occurred while ordering my TT.

It is actually a long story. I then wanted to get the sport seats with red backs on my black car with red seat belts and a red center console. I ordered it that way and to my suprise it was delivered with sports seat painted black and a carbon fibre center console. I was ticked and, only after delivery, they explained they could not get the backs of the sport seats painted a different color other than the color of the exterior.

BTW, I saw a 2002 TT X50 for sale over in the Rennlist classified or at one of the dealers who use those that looked exactly like this car.
