Default 996 windshield question

The stripping on the right side of my windshield seems to have come lose and there is water seeping under the bottom of the windshield which appears to have caused some minor damage. I am hoping this is covered by warranty. Is it easy for the tech to pop out the windshield and reinstall it? I am wondering if this is an easy fix?

TIA

Replacing the windshield is an easy task. But it is important to have someone who knows what they are doing. When I had my Boxster windshield replaced, the company told me it was a 2-day process. Day one replace the windshield and seal it. It needs to sit for 24 hours to let the sealant dry tight so you don't get any cowl shake. Do NOT drive the car. Day 2 they came back to inspect the install and then install the weatherstripping.

Huge improvement over stock suspension. Previously, on high speed sweepers, the car felt like it was floating. It is now much more stable. Overall handling is vastly improved, but it does ride a little stiffer - basically the way a sports car should ride. With regard to ride height, the car dropped 1 1/2 inches in the front and 1 inch in the rear.

SMD: Any speeding tix yet on the Saw Mill? Lots of twists and turns, but speed traps and no shoulder make it a tough road to really cut loose. Of course, no harm in trying.
