Hi,

I have a 2004 Carrera. The heater core definitely needs to be replaced. Has anyone had an issue getting the right part. I have ordered the Valero OEM part and it doesn’t fit. It doesn’t even match the pictures they show. I have tried other manufacturers but no luck. Anyone experience this issue.

Does it fit in the box? Are the outlets the same? Does the different coil configuration mean that it doesn't fit right in the box?
I've replaced dozen of Valeo cores, and I've seem plenty of variability in design and construction. If it fits, it ships.

Looks like pelican has the one that matches your original. Also the one i got from fcpeuro matches. Not sure where u r looking?
