Removing headlight lenses?

Removing headlight lenses?
What seems to be the best way to remove the lenses? Unfortunately my oven is so small that they will not fit inside of the oven, and I don't want to just go at it with a heatgun and destroy the plastics. Ideas?
I've seen this vid, but it looks like he ended up destroying the silver paint inside of the lenses in the process:

If the light doesn't fit inside your oven, another way to do it is to use a large size cardboard box. make a round hole near
the bottom and insert your heat gun there. Close the box up and run the heat gun for 15-18 minutes at 575f/300C (Yes, that hot; the cardboard absorbs most of the heat). Make sure the heat gun is not pointed directly at the headlight and place the headlight upside down on the lens. When using a screw driver to pry open the lens, make sure you don't damage the silver paint underneath as you mentioned.
Or you can send your headlights to me and I will do it for you! I am an authorized US dealer and certified installer for Retrofitlab

I'll try this. My heatgun is kind of crappy so we will see if its up to the task. In the event that I can't do it, what would you charge to swap lenses off of some Amber headlights onto some clear Xenons that already have damaged lenses (guy I bought them from had rock chips, tried to cut the old lenses out, ruined them in the process, so I picked them up for this purpose specifically)?
I'll send you both a PM since this is not my vendor account I'm on right now
