You are more than welcome to come take a tour of our manufacturing facility. All of our systems are designed, engineered, and built in-house.

Fraudulent Instagrams are not a reliable source of information, I highly recommend stopping by or speaking with any Rennlist member who has.

Wow, I had no idea.
I was told when I ordered that the Catted x-pipe was made in house.

I bought a Fabspeed exhaust once.
Key word, once
Caveat dem!

Subsequent exhaust purchases have been from Soul.
And that will continue.

Name one company that isn't working short tho, so unfortunately customer service and lead times suffer anywhere.. that's not to say that communication can't be better, but can't find fault with a company building custom parts and not just sending something imported from China off a shelf..

been to the shop and watched while they were fabricating my Porsche system and many other exhaust systems while I was there... so whoever says the systems are imported was lying... I'm sure they will invite you for a shop tour if you have doubts also!

Fabspeed products look great but bs on any performance.
Have any dyno results to back up the claim they didn't increase performance? Because I personally seen decent gains on my Fabspeed system... as for the heat causing melting, can also be from your tune being off causing excessive heat, or an improper install without enough clearance.. can't blame a manufacturer for everything.. I see it every day in all kinds of customers from my shop... they install something themselves and then blame it on a manufacturer

I have been to a couple open house and i dont instagram so i wont read that link but i can tell u they have all the equipment, jigs and a dyno all in house. I would say that if they claim in a public forum, as they did above, that they make all there stuff in house I would believe it. As far as the customer service issues... thats on them to fix.

Got the call on Thursday, my x-pipe is ready. This post served it's purpose and prompted action.
I'll let you all know how it goes from here. Everyone deserves a chance to remedy issues like this...Stay tuned!

I ordered replacement parts from them during the peak COVID delays last year.
It took a while to place the order because they had closed, but they stayed in contact with me over email.
Once ordered, the parts arrived quickly.

Currently I’m waiting on some sport cats from Soul.
Hoping they’re delivery is prompt.
