Default Leaking condenser

Bought this car September of 2020 with a little over 89,000 miles. Found this while I had the front bumper off cleaning the radiators before winter storage. Have been reading this forum for a couple of years while preparing to buy a 996. Most stuff here is over my head but wanted to ask about this. Cleaned it up before I took the picture but from the towel it appeared to be oil. I imagine this would require a condenser replacement. Cost? I will take it to my independent shop. I have put a little over 3,000 miles in the first year of ownership and the car has ran like a dream.

Most likely the O-rings, but condenser could be bad.

You didn't state if the AC is dead. Most likely the O-rings, but condenser could be bad.
Assuming it is, order the O-rings from a Porsche dealer and replace both sides (L & R condensers) yourself. Very easy task. With the front bumper cover off, it is at most a 30 minute job.
Then take it to an AC shop, have them evacuate the system and recharge.
Or have an AC shop do the work, just provide them with the O-rings.

If the AC is still good (which I don't expect it to be) then you will have to have an AC shop recover the refrigerant, replace the O-rings, evacuate, and recharge.
