(Private Invitation).......
You are receiving this invitation because your name has been selected from the Rennlist VIP list – so it is non-transferable.
On Sunday May 2, 2004 you and your friends are personally invited to meet and socialize with none other then Adrian Streather, author of the excellent work entitled: Porsche 911 (964) Enthusiast's Companion. Sponsored by Bentley Publishers, this open house, book signing and possible “TECH Session” will be held in centrally located, and historic Cambridge. (That would be Cambridge as in “Massachusetts” – NOT Cambridge England).
Here are the details…….
Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Sunday – May 2nd.
Location: Bentley Publishers, 1734 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge (617-547-4170 Phone – just in case)…..
Parking: Your Porsche will either be parked in the Bentley lot, with overflow onto adjacent street parking)
Itinerary: Well, I had hoped for the following: 10-10:30: Adrian would remove the engine from Jen’s ’89 964 C4. 10:30 – 1:30 PM, Adrian would do a complete engine rebuild. 1:30 – 2:00 PM, Adrian would re-install the engine and fire it up. However, we’ve decided the following would be more practical, and less tiresome to Adrian….
10:00 – 2:00 PM – come on by and we will have various Porsches available for discussions, Q&As and, of course – time spent with Adrian, Gail and the Bentley Publisher executives and representatives.
Next week – we will put up a simple (free) on-line registration form, so in the meantime – mark your calendars!
