I have noticed some random issues with the retractable wing spoiler on my 99 cab. At the end of a few drives, not every time, when I stop the wing is still in the up position. I will push the button in the footwell and it retracts back into position. What would cause this to happen randomly, is it indicative of something about to fail? Thanks in advance for any insight.

Has the mechanism been cleaned and lubed? It may just be sticking?

Had the tech I use double check the connection and it has not been an issue since.
