Is it possible to convert the seat back portion only to the sport seat? I'd like to do this in order to maintain the memory function, lumbar, heat, etc.. I know that NR auto sells a conversion kit but I don't like the look of the leather. It seems that the central portion of the seat back is transferable to the central portion of the sport seat. Can the seat backs be separated from the bottom without much difficulty? Is this something that the dealer can do?

I'm sure it can be done, but how much is the question, and refering to the lumbar and heat the donor seat would need to have it too, thus you probably should just find a set of sport seats.
