Just grab the edge towards the front of the car and pull. It's held on by clips.

Did Denison respond to your e-mail?

Yes, those are pictures of my project. I have not bought a noise supressor yet. Hopefully this weekend.

Denison has not yet replied to my email except an autoreply promising a future response.

If you are interested in replacing the stock head unit keep reading. Alpine has a head unit (model CDA-9833) that will interface with your iPod. You will be able to see all the infomation and control the iPod functiond directly from the Alpine unit. I will be mounting the iPod in the center console and it will have a port that will allow for the interface with the head unit, and keep the darn thing charged up and out of sight. Not a stock look, but a good solution if you are attached to the iPod.

Would be interested in the noise suppression unit mentioned.
What specifically and where do I get one?
I definitely pick up noise when playing the iPOD with the power cord connected.

Default Ground Loop Isolator

You can get one from Radio Shack for less than $20.

Installed! It has stopped the whine, for now, but who knows about tomorrow's commute. Has anyone installed the Belkin cord and not had the high pitched noise?

You guys and your pre-2003 cars make me sick to know that you can integrate your I-Pod in so nicely. I wish that Dension would hurry up and make an adaptor for the 2003 and up cars already ! ! ! !

Nice thread. The only thing I would add is that the Brodit iPod holder is only about $40 and it's a much neater and more practical way of holstering your iPod.
