996 non-sport seat back left/right interchangeable?
Is the 996 non-sport seat BACK interchangeable between the right and the left side of the car? Assuming you're keeping the rest of the seat.
I'd imagine so because I doubt Porsche is going to have different parts for right and left seat (also witnessed by the seat back fold levers on both sides) because that would mean more cost in development/tooling/etc.
My driver's bolster is worn so if I find a cheap seat back on passenger seat which there are plenty of, I'd imagine that's a good alternative
I even wonder if the seat itself is interchangeable if you keep the original rails the same.

Disclaimer - I have reskinned the seats some time ago and my memory is a bit foggy.
The seat backs should be interchangeable. The wires may need to be moved from one corner to the other, which is easy to do.
The seat bottoms are interchangeable, too, except for the big hole that's left in the side after moving the controls.
