Default thermostat bolts replace?

If I had them, I would totally replacement given the low cost. My question is - do I have to?
I believe based on color, the bolts are one time use/stretch bolts. But my dealer doesn't stock them, doesn't know how long to order them, and I'd like to get the car done sooner rather than later.
So if I can reuse them, I probably will because it's that or wait.

The greenish tint on the bolts is anti-corrosion passivation. I don't believe they are a torque to yield bolt, that would be strictly foolish for this application, you'd tear the threads out of the aluminum housing long before the bolt even thought about yeilding. They are probably listed as one time use because the anti-corrosion passivation may be compromised leading to dis-similar metal corrosion between the bolt and the housing.
I would reuse and add anti-seize paste of some sort. I like the Permatex Nickel based product.

The part# is listed as 900.378.030.09 and they show as $0.45 each at Gaudin Porsche Parts if you are inclined to go that route.

900.378.030.01 is what I have I think (M6 x 20mm). Point taken on the coating, thanks!

I had a typo, it's listed as 900.378.030.09 in my 10-year old parts catalog and I agree it's M6x20. That .09 is superceded to the .01 number.

I replaced mine, but then have used them on a spare engine.
They all torqued just fine.

Just make sure not to over-torque them!

Yes! A broken bolt here would suck.
You'd probably have to drop the engine to repair it.
