Default Fire Ext. Bracket options

Any other fire ext. brackets available for the 996 other than the Brey Krause? A quick check through Pano and Excellence, and thats all I could find.

This is for a street car to be used at an occasional DE, so Im only interested in the styles that will bolt in to an existing structure like the seat rails (no roll bars or harness guide bars). Not sure if any other suitable locations are used.

Thanks.

What do you think is wrong with the Brey Krause?

I looked at Stable Energies before I put this post up. Unless I missed something on their web page, they only offer B-K for the 996, for about $110. But they have other setups for other models and cars for around $25.

I dont think there is anything necessarily wrong with the brey krause part, just wondering about other options. Is B-K what everyone is using?

That is the only one I found that works under the seat on manually operated factory seats, and still allows back and forth movement of the seats. I don't race...just overly cautious.
Mine is on passenger side.

The BK is good because it moves with the seat. The downside is the money and that it does go in as easily as it was designed to. You may have to tap the mounting holes a little larger. It was probably a more money than it's worth, but does the job.
The Stable Energies mount is less than half but doesn't move with the seat.
