I think all the cabs are set up for the windscreen regardless of whether you order it with the car. My '99 had the mounting holes and I didn't get the windscreen as an option. Back in '99 you could order options like the windscreen individually. When I bought my '02, it had become bundled with the Advanced Technics Package. I'm not up on how it's offered now.

 

I believe all cabs come with the windscreen setup. I think it is a US thing to remove the windscreen and sell it as an option. I know in Oz it is standard equipment. I believe the same is the case in some European countries.

Did u look infront of the spare wheel? It sits in a tailor made sleeve.
