Double Din Audio Upgrade Recommendation MD

2004 C4S Cab: Looking to upgrade the factory head-unit to a double din with car play. Any recommended shops in MD/VA? Much appreciated in advance.

This is a really easy DIY, especially if you order from CAI. They will send you everything you need in one package, including a pre-wired harness that will plug & play.

Pretty much any wahoo can install a stereo in a 996. Get it from crutchfield (Based in C-Ville) and it will have everything you need with simple instructions.

I got a pioneer 4500nex. Whatever you do get WIRELESS Apple CarPlay/android auto. Never taking your phone out of your pocket is priceless. The whole install took about 3 hours and that was with me being extra neat and tidy.

the sound is way better and waze and Spotify bring the car into the modern era. Voice commands are pretty cool too.

i installed a backup camera as well. I’m planning on doing a quick how to when I have a moment
